Meet Cinnabun: The New IRL Trix Rabbit, That Still Wants To Steal Trix
Anybody who's been a child within the last 40 years can surely attest to the fact that Trix cereal is for kids, and not for silly rabbits. That poor, hungry rabbit we all knew and loved/loathed couldn't help but try to play tricks on kids in order to steal/eat their Trix. Those tricks for Trix never really worked out for the silly rabbit, and thus Trix have remained exclusively for kids.
General Mills recently decided to find the "Real Trix Rabbit" and got 76,000 cereal-craving bunny entries.
However, from what we can deduce from the photos, Cinnabun still doesn't understand that Trix are for kids, and in fact not for silly rabbits. Just look at Cinnabun all-up-in those Trix trying to get some and pretend those aren't meant to be eaten by kids and not by a silly little rabbit.
Cinnabun's owner, Natalie Tran, explained the feeling of winning the honorary title of Trix bunny:
"It feels surreal. I never thought I’d be in this kind of situation in my life. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity."
Yeah, um, a once in a lifetime opportunity for a silly rabbit, in real life, to try and get its furry paws on some Trix, thus leaving less for kids in need of Trix.
However, we still know that Cinnabun is totally ready to play a few tricks to get some Trix, and this never ending cycle of silly rabbits attempting to steal cereal from kids will most likely never end.
