14 Things Every College Kid Experiences When They Come Home For Winter Break
Winter break = free food, Netflix and paralyzing self-doubt.

There is nothing more glorious than coming home to a fully stocked pantry that you have free rein on. Go crazy! You don't have to worry about sneaking some chips from your crazy roommate. Cheers to gaining another Freshman 15! Thanks Mom!

You haven't been home in a couple months, and your parents are just so excited to see you they basically go HAM catering to your needs. Laundry? Check. Cooking your favorite meals? Check. They don't even put up a fuss about eating in your bedroom or being on your cellphone.

You haven't seen each other in SO long, you can't believe you're actually hanging out with them again in person. Even if you haven't really talked much while you've been away at college or if you've become different people, high school friends will always have a special bond. Just think about it, they're the people who've been with you through your most awkward stages.

GOTTA GO, BYEEEEEE.

Facebook stalking becomes your main bonding activity.

LOOK AT ME, I'M HOT SH*T NOW.

Are you single? Why are you single? How are you classes? Do you have a summer internship yet? #KillMe

I don't drink....
*Stashes bottle of wine in purse for later*

NO, I DON'T NEED A BREAK NETFLIX.

Often 'til noon.

WTF am I doing with my life? What am I even having for dinner tonight?!

Is it just me or do you guys miss the dining hall ice cream bar too?

But for now, BACK TO FREEDOM.
