It's the absolute perfect thing to smother your not at all independent feline with.
When it comes to bizarre and needless innovation, Japan sets the bar high. Recently, Japanese company UNI HABITAT did well by that reputation with its newest product: the Mewgaroo Onesie.
The glorified bathrobe with a hood get's its name from the built in kangaroo-like pouch that's designed to let you hold your cuddly cat - because everyone knows cats love being smothered.
We're not sure where the "Mew" comes from, but I'd venture to guess it's a reference to the legendary, cat-like Pokemon.
While the innovative cat-Snuggie may not be for all felines - or most, really - the rare, affectionate cat may just fall in love with it.
I don't speak or read Japanese, but I'm assuming this little guy is saying some positive things about his experience - probably something like, "meowwwwww, I feel warm and safe in this but to hell with these tassels meowwwww."
Aside from the product's innovative greatness, you have to appreciate the expert photoshopping job. Absolute pro-status.
