Cats are known as being independent and unsociable (compared to dogs anyway), and normally, you won't find them "bothering" their owners for much attention.
But these adorable felines are bona fide exceptions to the stereotype, and they're desperate for attention, seeking it out during the most inopportune times - namely, when their owners are just trying to get some work done.
1. "Look at me when I'm talking to you...put the book down, and come play with me."
2. "I bet you the author had a cat he took breaks for..."
4. "Fine then. If you won't put it down, I'm eating it."

8. "You know, staring at a screen for too long can hurt your eyes. No studies on playing with cats being bad for them though."

10. "Done yet? Cuzzzzzz you promised me a tummy rub. Just sayin'."
11. "You no work. You play with Shadow."
12. "I'll quiz you. How overrated is homework? Yeah...exactly."
13. "Stop reading my bed and massage me, boy."
14. "Mmmmm...I'm sorry what? Your book put me to sleep."
15. "If you turn another page, our friendship is over. You hear me?"
