If you have kids who want a pony for Christmas something like this little nugget might be the perfect solution.
Thumbelina is a 14 year old miniature horse.

Both of her parents are also mini horses, but Thumbelina is much smaller than either of them.

She lives in St. Louis, Missouri on Goose Creek Farm with many other animals and the Goessling family.

Thumbelina is the smallest horse in the world and weighs 57 pounds.

Thumbelina is only 17.5 inches tall. Here she is compared to one of the largest horses in the world.

Although, she's a mini horse, Thumbelina was also born with dwarfism which is why she's much smaller than other mini horses.

She has had some trouble walking and was fitted with special shoes to help her walk correctly. Otherwise, she's playful, happy and healthy.

She visited lots of kids in hospitals and clinics around the country and brings them a little happiness everyday.

Isn't she the cutest thing you've ever seen?
