These cool little towers were created with winters chilling winds. Photographer Joshua Nowicki captured them while walking around the town of St. Joseph and saw some as tall as 12 inches. The wind eroded the sand to create the little structures. Nowicki returned later in the day to capture more photos of the towers, but they had been melted by the snow.
