This Artful Pop-Up Menu Will Make You Rethink How You Order Drinks

London-based illustrator and paper engineer, Helen Friel helped to revolutionize the way one bar serves up their specialty cocktails. With the help of illustrator Joe Wilson, Friel created The Beaufort Bar's very first pop-up menu, allowing patrons to view a three dimensional representation of their drink before it lands in front of them. 

The limited-edition menu and bar call The Savoy Hotel in London their home.
